Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-28.1 · Revised: 28 October 2026
These service terms govern access to Aerotech’s recruitment and workforce platform. They do not replace an employment contract, company policy or the applicable law.
Provider and agreement
Aerotech is the service name. The registered legal provider and postal details must be confirmed in your company agreement. You must have capacity and authority to use the service or act for your organisation. Registration requires affirmative acceptance of this version and acknowledgement of the Privacy and Cookie Policies. The system records version and time. Optional data-processing consent is separate. .
Accounts and roles
Use accurate details, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorised access. Employer, employee, applicant and administrator workspaces have separate access permissions. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, bypass access controls or upload records you are not authorised to process. Employees use their assigned accounts and go directly to their dashboard after signing in.
Recruitment and acceptable use
Applicants and employees do not pay to use their accounts. Employers must publish accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory roles and must not demand application, processing or recruitment fees from applicants. Do not post scams, duplicates, contact details in descriptions, malicious content or unlawful personal information. Published jobs go live after automated checks; they can be reported, removed, closed, expired or archived under documented safeguards. Automated publication does not constitute Aerotech endorsement of a job. No manual pre-publication approval is required.
Subscriptions and payments
Company subscriptions cover the features and limits shown at purchase. . Applicants and employees must not be charged for access. Payment providers may apply their own lawful terms. Payroll preparation, approvals and payment-provider confirmation are separate events; a prepared statement is not proof of a completed bank transfer.
Workforce records and decisions
Employers remain responsible for the accuracy, lawful basis, notices, retention, payroll instructions, statutory compliance and authorisation of their records. Assessments, automation and analytics support decisions and do not replace required human review. Employment, compensation, disciplinary or hiring decisions remain with authorised people. Users may request correction or human review using Privacy settings.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant only the permissions needed to provide the contracted service. Do not submit infringing or confidential material without authority. Aerotech and its licensors retain rights in platform software, branding and documentation, subject to applicable licences. .
Privacy and confidentiality
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and relevant processing agreement. Each organisation must restrict authorised access and honour data-subject rights. . Do not treat registration acceptance as blanket consent to all processing.
Availability, changes and suspension
We may maintain or change the service and address abuse or security incidents proportionately. . We do not promise uninterrupted service, successful recruitment or error-free payroll. Preserve necessary access to personal-data rights even when a commercial subscription expires.
Closure, retention and disputes
Account closure or erasure can be requested in Privacy settings. Applicable legal retention, third-party rights and company-controlled employment records may limit immediate deletion; reasons must be explained. . The company agreement must establish governing law and dispute arrangements.
Contact and updates
Contact the published support contact. Material changes should be notified and accepted where law requires. Version 2026-10-28.1; revised 28 October 2026 . These terms require qualified Nigerian legal and data-protection review.
