This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage used by Aerotech. Essential storage enables the service; optional choices are separate.
Essential storage
Session cookies identify the employer, employee, applicant or support session. These are HttpOnly where set by the server and use secure transport in production. The aerotech_consent cookie records a random visitor identifier, policy version and category choices for up to 180 days. .
Optional categories
Preferences may remember requested interface choices; analytics measures usage only if a separately reviewed integration is installed and consented; marketing may personalise promotion only if a separately reviewed integration is installed and consented. Optional categories start off. The current preference interface does not itself enable an analytics or advertising service. .
Choices and withdrawal
Use Reject optional cookies, Save choices or Accept all. Choices are logged with version and timestamp; essential session and choice-recording storage remains. Revisit Privacy settings in your workspace or the public Cookie Policy to change them. Withdrawal affects future optional collection; it does not retrospectively invalidate lawful processing. You can also remove browser storage; removing session cookies signs you out.
Browser storage
Local storage may remember your cookie choices, selected billing country, theme and installation preferences. . Do not store sensitive HR records or authentication secrets in browser storage.
